Functions:
-Operate mobile equipment used in construction operations
-Assist in the execution of work on-site
-Responsible for operating machines in a safe, environmentally friendly, and efficient manner;
-Maintain equipment in perfect working order; Carry out routine maintenance checks and safety controls;
-Receive, handle, and store fuel safely and efficiently;
-Perform preventive maintenance on equipment;
-Report any defects or malfunctions to the maintenance department.

Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or similar.
– Degree in Quality and Environment is desirable.
– Minimum two years’ experience as a Quality and Environmental Technician in a construction company.
Knowledge of civil construction projects.
– Experience as a Quality Technician in civil construction projects, preferably in the wind energy sector.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
– Driver’s license.
– Availability to travel.
– Availability to start immediately.
Duties:
On-Site Quality Management:
– Complete and monitor the Inspection Point Program (PIP) and Test Plan, as established in the Quality Plan.
– Monitor the receipt of materials, verifying their compliance with the specifications reflected in the respective orders.
– Open and monitor nonconformities and corrective actions, verifying their implementation and closing them. – Provide support for external audits to renew the company’s certifications and quality seals.
– Collaborate with operations, engineering, and suppliers to integrate HSEQ requirements into earthmoving, installation, and connection of medium-voltage networks.
– Maintain up-to-date documentation and records: permits, plans, procedures, inspections, training, and traceability of actions.
Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of management systems implemented within the organization:
– Collaborate in the implementation and maintenance of integrated management systems (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
– Support internal and external audits, as well as field inspections, to verify compliance and effectiveness of implemented measures.
Coordination:
– Coordinate activities with other departments to oversee the technical documentation of supplier and subcontractor services to ensure compliance with regulatory, organizational, and integrated management system requirements.
On-Site Environmental Management:
– Monitor environmental measures in the Environmental Plan, manage waste management documentation, and provide awareness and training to the team.
– Manage environmental safety on-site: waste management, environmental control, operational control, and efficient use of resources.
