Functions:
• Analyze and interpret construction project plans, understanding all elements — drawings, sections, elevations, installation schemes, construction details, technical specifications, and standards.
• Ensure that work complies with design and specifications: verify materials, finishes, and construction techniques, correcting any deviations to guarantee that the final result meets the approved project.
• Plan and coordinate activities with the Site Manager, defining priorities, schedules, human resources, and necessary materials.
• Ensure all activities comply with occupational safety standards, promoting safe practices and preventing accidents.
• Implement and monitor quality plans, ensuring that work meets required standards.
• Manage unexpected events on-site.
• Coordinate subcontractors’ activities, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field;
• Experience in electrical project estimating, preferably in construction, energy, or infrastructure sectors;
• Knowledge of quantity take-offs, technical drawing interpretation, and applicable electrical standards and regulations;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work within commercial deadlines;
• Candidates with experience using digital tools or automation solutions in the estimating process will be highly valued – although this is not mandatory, it will be considered an advantage.
Functions:
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for electrical installations related to photovoltaic and wind farms, as well as associated infrastructure;
• Analyse detailed engineering designs and technical specifications to ensure accurate and technically robust estimates;
• Work closely with site teams and the commercial department to validate assumptions and deadlines;
• Monitor market developments regarding material and labour costs within the electrical and renewable energy sectors;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating processes, including the implementation and use of digital and automation tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
