Functions:


• Receive, manage, and organize the storage of materials;


• Ensure preparation of materials for the workshop;
• Control stock;


• Prepare inventories;


• Maintain and organize the workspace;

Functions:

• Analyze and interpret construction project plans, understanding all elements — drawings, sections, elevations, installation schemes, construction details, technical specifications, and standards.

• Ensure that work complies with design and specifications: verify materials, finishes, and construction techniques, correcting any deviations to guarantee that the final result meets the approved project.

• Plan and coordinate activities with the Site Manager, defining priorities, schedules, human resources, and necessary materials.

• Ensure all activities comply with occupational safety standards, promoting safe practices and preventing accidents.

• Implement and monitor quality plans, ensuring that work meets required standards.

• Manage unexpected events on-site.

• Coordinate subcontractors’ activities, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines.

• Lead and motivate work teams, promoting a collaborative and respectful environment.
